SatoTravel and FlyteComm Announce Strategic Partnership

 

Leading Travel Management Company to the U.S. Government to Resell FlyteComm Travel Information & Notification Solutions to Government Clients

 

 

ARLINGTON, VA and SAN JOSE, Calif. — February 10, 2003 — SatoTravel, a subsidiary of Navigant International (NASDAQ:  FLYR), the second largest travel management supplier in the United States, and FlyteComm, a leading provider of smart travel solutions, today announced a new strategic partnership in which SatoTravel will resell FlyteComm flight tracking solutions to SatoTravel’s government customers.  With FlyteComm’s travel management solutions, SatoTravel customers will receive real-time flight data from all major airports and airlines across North America — providing the traveler with a more efficient and higher quality travel experience, and the travel manager with the tools they need to proactively manage their traveler’s schedules.  

Under the terms of the agreement, SatoTravel will resell the integrated FlyteComm solution to its government clients, while also training them on the benefits each solution offers.  As the largest government travel services provider in the United States, SatoTravel offers federal government agencies and the Department of Defense full service travel management solutions.  With this new relationship, SatoTravel builds on its commitment to offering clients the best technology available to provide more accurate travel-related information.
