FlyteComm® Lands in San Jose
Company establishes headquarters on west coast to facilitate
rapid expansion

SAN JOSE, CA—October 1, 2000. FlyteComm Corporation, a leading provider of real time flight intelligence solutions, announced today that it has moved its headquarters from Fort Lauderdale, FL to San Jose, CA. The move comes in conjunction with completion of Series A round of financing, and is part of a restructuring plan that will facilitate rapid expansion as the company moves forward. The number of employees was doubled with the move, and is expected to reach 50 by year's end.
